Pumpers
With Smeal pumpers, it’s all about choices. From our budget conscious Volunteer Series to our mid-line Freedom Series to our top of the line Custom Series, Smeal offers the options you want. Choose custom or commercial chassis, 500 to 3500 gallon tanks, pumps from Waterous, Hale and Darley, CAFS, and a wide array of other options to truly customize your truck. Only at Smeal can you get our Ergonomic Hose Load and Hydraulic Hose Cover, designed for additional firefighter safety. We design for you.
Aerials
If anything identifies Smeal, it’s our aerials. We design with the firefighter in mind. That means our aerials are loaded with safety features, easy to operate, and capable of maximum performance. We have 55’, 75’, 105’, 125’, UT 100, 100’ Midmount, 100’ Super Heavy Duty and TDA (Tractor Drawn Aerial) models. Our standard aerials are capable of flowing 1250 GPM with a 500 lb. tip load. In addition to our high performance ladder structure and chrome plated steel waterway, we have over 8000 features and options to allow you to create the perfect aerial fire truck for your department.

Platforms and TDA (Tillers)
The Smeal platform is the most versatile in the industry. Innovative, user-friendly design maximizes efficiency, and the strength of the Smeal structure provides the security that creates confidence. Our 85’ and 100’ Rearmount and Midmount models have a dry payload of 1000 lbs. and offer single and dual monitors for up to 2000 GPM flow configurations. Other features include our chrome plated steel waterway, generous platform space, stokes basket mount, rappelling arm, blue rung lighting and breathing air to the tip. Ours is the pinnacle of platforms.
